Lateness policy
If you are behind time, please let me know.
If you are 10 minutes late, this will result in a £5 fee.
Any later than 15 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and booking fee lost.
If you no show to your appointment, the full payment must be taken and fully processed before any new bookings are made.
Appointment day
Please be on time, you will not be able to come in earlier than your time slot.
Arrive with no eye makeup as this takes additional time out your appointment.
Do not bring plus ones. If you need to under any circumstances, please contact me beforehand.
After your appointment
Ensure to cleanse your lashes minimum 3 times a week to avoid buildup and any infection.
If you are having any retention problems within the first 72 hours after your appointment, please let me know to arrange a free top up.
After 72 hours, this service will not be available.
All clients booked in will automatically agree to my policies.
Clients who fail to abide by my policy and rules may be turned away and may not be able to book again in the future.
I do not tolerate rudeness in any way and have the right to refuse my services to anyone.
